Role Overview:
Join a dynamic Digital Solutions team within a government department as a Senior Project Manager. You'll manage ICT-enabled projects across various programs and initiatives, with the flexibility to move across priorities as needed. You'll work in a resource model that supports agility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to meet deliverables, objectives, and stakeholder expectations
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts aligned with governance frameworks (e.g. stakeholder plans, resource allocation, change strategies)
• Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, estimating, planning, execution, and transition to operations
• Proactively monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Engage effectively with stakeholders using a range of communication methods
• Contribute to ongoing improvements to delivery models and frameworks

Skills & Experience:

• Proven success delivering ICT projects in large, complex environments
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodologies
• Ability to navigate complex government or education sectors with multiple stakeholders
