We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a large-scale transformation program within a government organisation. This role is part of a newly established directorate focused on improving data quality, business processes, and reporting across a $40B+ asset base.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team delivering data and reporting solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and quarterly planning cycles
• Ensure successful transition of products to BAU
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals

About you:

• 5+ years in delivery or leadership roles (government experience a plus)
• Strong technical understanding of data/reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
