Salary Package: $70k–$75k + Superannuation
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join the policy support team of a leading insurance provider. The role focuses on delivering accurate and efficient service across policy-related enquiries, administration, and stakeholder support. You’ll be working across the full policy lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and solution-focused service to policyholders and stakeholders via phone and email, ensuring timely and clear communication
• Build strong working relationships with clients and external stakeholders, supporting them across the full policy lifecycle
• Accurately process policy documentation, including updates, cancellations, alterations, and new entries, in line with internal procedures
• Manage cancellation and dishonour enquiries, and maintain up-to-date records across internal systems and CRM
• Contribute to a positive team culture by attending team meetings, supporting shared goals, and ensuring all work aligns with compliance standards and SOPs

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 1 year of insurance experience, preferably in policy or claims
• Understanding of policy administration and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
