Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in strata or property claims
• Strong communication skills
• Calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Adaptability and career motivation are highly valued

The Role

• Oversee the complete management of strata claims for both residential and commercial properties
• Manage inbound calls and offer support to various stakeholders, including brokers, strata managers, internal technical teams, assessors, and security providers
• Assess situations and handle complaints with professionalism
• Prepare formal responses, make decisions on claims, and process payments
