About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines remote technical support with on-site installations and client training, offering variety and responsibility across the full support lifecycle. You’ll be key to ensuring clients get maximum value from our inventory control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 technical supports via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.

Conduct on-site hardware and software installations, setups, and commissioning.

Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, barcode scanners, RFID devices, and mobile systems.

Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and patching.

Document support tasks and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Work closely with support team and management to address technical challenges.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support, field service, or systems role.

Proficiency in Windows environments, networking, and peripheral device integration.

Strong communication skills

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to work independently on client sites.

Experience with inventory or asset management systems (preferred).

Valid driver’s licence (travel for on-site work required).

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Super (based on experience).
