We are looking for an energetic, passionate candidate to take on this exciting opportunity in the sporting industry. The successful candidate will be working with great sports partners and athletes to promote and grow the Struddys brand on social media.

Reports to: The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager.
Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing Struddys social media accounts and assisting the marketing team to achieve overall marketing goals. They will take ownership of the company’s social media vision, in line with the overarching brand vision, continuously improving Struddys brand through social media channels. The Social Media Coordinator will work with key partners to collaborate on co-branded campaigns. They will develop campaigns on behalf of the Struddys brand, and will be driven to grow Struddys market-share. They will represent Struddys at external events to promote the Struddys brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
Creatively problem solve to generate brand growth through social media channels.
Actively manage, monitor, and engage on business social media accounts.
Interact with customers on social media accounts and various platforms.
Report on social media channel engagement and KPI’s on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with brand ambassadors to create innovative ways to gain exposure for company products.
Develop and assist in development of digital content.
Assist marketing team to conceive, style, prep and direct in-house studio shoots.
Retouch and create photographs and media imagery.
Attend and cover sporting events on Struddys social media.
Research, plan and implement online social media advertising campaigns, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Conduct market and competitor research to find social media trends.
Work on achieving KPIs set jointly by yourself and the marketing manager.
Have an in-depth understanding of the Struddys brand identity, product offering and customer base.
Ensure all marketing and graphic design collateral is in line with our brand guidelines.
Develop social media campaigns from start to finish.
Work with and communicate with partners to develop co-branded social media campaigns. In some cases, developing collateral on their behalf.
Working with videographers to develop content.
Qualifications and Skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Able to build and implement campaigns on all social media channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with a phone and DSLR camera.
Able to use Graphic Design programs (i.e. Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Able to take ownership of projects, from conceptualisation to delivery.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Able to give directions to videographers and other professionals.
