Based at Kitten D'Amour's Head Office in Capalaba, Kitten D'Amour is looking for a creative individual with strong Graphic Design skills to join their team as a Content Creator and Social Media Manager.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The successful applicant will have the following skills.

Strong Graphic Design skills - You must be exceptional at all Adobe programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Light Room. You must also be proficient in CapCut or similar Video Editing Software.

You should have a good understanding of how to maximise the impact of each post added to Social Media and how to achieve the most interaction possible when sending out Newsletters and instigating marketing initiatives.

Experience using professional cameras and lighting equipment. This includes the ability to video and edit 4K video content.

Experience using Shopify is a must.

A very good understanding of how to maximise the impact of all Social Media platforms.

The ability to work unsupervised.

The ability to create graphics, logos and product designs.

The ability to work with Kitten D'Amour's suppliers and partners in the United States and Asia.

The ability to work within agreed time frames.

A strong creative flare with an eye for detail.

A strong knowledge of fashion and style, including ‘on brand’ looks with Kitten D'Amour's brand image in mind.

The ability to plan and execute Photoshoots.

-A high level of organisation, you must be forward thinking and have the ability to plan ahead to make sure any Social Media posts will result in an increase in revenue.

The successful applicant will report to the CEO.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Creating image and video content.

Creating a social media plan that is 2-3 weeks in advance for relevant content. The goal is to always have something to draw attention and increase revenue while working on the most immediate collections and promotions.

Taking product images, rendering these images and colour correcting.

Taking creative ‘campaign’ images for shoe and handbag releases.

Maintaining and supervising social media platforms.

Basic maintenance of the website and updating the backend with products and descriptions. Experiencing using Shopify is a must.

Coordinating content creation between contributing staff members and identifying ‘on brand’ suitable content, as well as giving feedback for improvement.

Supervising and engaging on social media platforms. (Facebook, TikTok & Instagram etc) and stay up to date with all platform tools to connect with customers and reach new audiences.

Contributing to the online size guide/blog (when needed) with pictures and styling feedback for our customers. A strong personal style and interest in ‘Vintage Glamour’ fashion is a must.

Creating eye-catching Newsletters using the platform ‘Klaviyo’.

Creating a fresh ‘Look Book’ for each new collection using ‘Marq’.

Assisting with regular photoshoots.

Taking product shots and making sure that all product shots are of a very high standard.

Update all staff ‘Company Wide’ of new releases and marketing / promotions.

The successful applicant must show that they are proficient in Spelling, Grammar and have the ability to eloquently compose email correspondence to both guests and also to the team within Kitten D'Amour.
