ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to amplify our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves crafting compelling narratives that showcase our projects, people, and values - aligning with our mission to be the trusted partner of choice in commercial construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar

Create and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Align content with project milestones, industry events, and company achievements

Content Creation

Capture high-quality photos and videos from active project sites

Conduct interviews with project managers, clients, and team members

Edit and produce short-form videos suitable for various platforms

Brand Building

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content – including internal content

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing and capability assets

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy

Performance & Reporting

Track and analyse social media metrics to assess content performance

Prepare monthly and weekly reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation

Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

DESIREABLE

Experience in construction or a related industry

Graphic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling
