Right now, we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes content, understands what makes people actually stop scrolling, and knows how to translate a brand’s personality into punchy, purposeful posts. This role will have a heavy focus on creating content for TikTok.

This role isn’t just about scheduling tiles and writing cute captions. It’s about building content that connects. Content that performs. Content that moves the needle.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take ownership of monthly content for multiple brands, managing everything end-to-end, from planning and creation to posting and performance tracking. You’ll lead TikTok content shoots for your clients, bringing strategy, structure, creativity, and curiosity to every project. And you’ll back it all up with data-driven insights.

Content Strategy + Planning

Create monthly content calendars for a range of clients

Plan and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more

Writing That Hits

Write sharp, engaging copy for posts that match each brand’s tone

Turn ideas into captions that people actually want to read

TikTok + UGC Video Creation

Film and edit scroll-stopping short-form videos

Create real, relatable content that doesn’t feel like an ad

Jump on trends when they make sense

Represent WHD on our own social platforms

Performance Tracking

Keep an eye on what’s working and what’s not

Share smart insights with our team and our clients

Boosting + Simple Ads

Manage post boosting and basic Meta campaigns (we’ll train you)

Learn how to get more eyes on high-performing content

Trend Hunting

Stay across what’s hot and what’s next

Find fresh ways to keep our content out in front

Account Setup + Admin

Help set up new client accounts

Keep our planning and processes clean, clear and on track

Team Player Stuff

Jump in to support the team with content ideas, filming, edits and creative thinking

What we’re looking for

Must-Haves

1+ year managing social accounts (agency, freelance or in-house)

Strong TikTok creation experience with a clear understanding of what works

Experience creating and editing UGC-style video content

Copywriting skills that bring brands to life in a sentence

Camera confidence: You’re happy to jump in front of the lens

Data mindset: you don’t just post and ghost

Super-organised and across the details

Bonus Points

Experience with Meta Ads Manager or keen to learn

A handle on platform-specific strategy
