💼 About the Role

The Marketing & Socials Coordinator is responsible for leading and owning the brand’s organic marketing and content strategy across digital channels. This includes end-to-end campaign planning, content creation, digital storytelling, community engagement, reporting, and influencer collaborations. This is a hands-on role best suited to a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about fashion, brand building and community connection.

This role is not just about execution but taking full ownership of the brand’s voice, digital presence, and ongoing growth across all social and organic platforms.

🔥Key Responsibilities

Lead our social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest

Create and manage content calendars aligned with product drops, campaigns, and key trading moments

Design, brief and produce on-brand content — think photo, video, reels, graphics and copy

Write and schedule EDMs and SMS campaigns that reflect our tone of voice and brand values

Work with our buying team and stylists to translate new arrivals into engaging, shoppable stories

Report on performance and share insights to guide future content and campaign decisions

Maintain and grow our community engagement — commenting, DMs, reposting UGC, and more

Lead influencer and content creator outreach to expand our reach and generate UGC

Assist with campaign and lifestyle photoshoots, including ideation, prep and coordination

Stay on top of social and marketing trends, platform updates and competitor activity

Help evolve and maintain brand consistency across all digital and creative touchpoints

✨What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years experience in social media marketing or content creation

A proven track record of growing social communities and driving engagement

Confident in creating social strategies, that work across both brand and performance, proactively reporting on KPIs to senior stakeholders

A passion for social media and staying on top of trends.

Comfortable creating content both on and off-camera, with experience of Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite

Strong understanding of digital content trends and best practices.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

A creative, positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.

🎯 Bonus Points

Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, and creating visual campaigns.

Retail or fashion background (a big bonus!)
