Are you a content creator at heart with a passion for social media, storytelling, and community engagement? Elleebana is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our Marketing team on the Gold Coast!

We’re a globally recognised beauty brand with a proud Australian heritage, and we’re looking for someone who can help us amplify our voice, connect with our community, and deliver scroll-stopping content across our social platforms.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning, capturing, editing, creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.

Engaging with our loyal audience — replying to DMs, managing comments, managing forums, and building relationships with our global community.

Collaborating with influencers, educators, and distributors to showcase the Elleebana story worldwide.

Supporting product launches, campaign rollouts, and live events (think beauty expos and exciting new drops!).

Monitoring analytics and reporting performance to continuously optimise our strategy.

Coordinating content across our blog, website, and email platforms.

💡 You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

Have 2–4 years experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation

Are confident creating reels, stories, carousels, and copy that connects - eyelash and eyebrow content capturing is a unique skill

Have a strong understanding and your finger on the pulse of platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm dynamics

Can manage a content calendar like a pro and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment

Love being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera to capture BTS moments and elevate our brand personality

Understand the power of community, especially in the beauty industry

🎓 Skills & Tools We’re Looking For:

Canva, Adobe Suite, InShot, Capcut or similar editing tools

WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

Experience with CRM platforms and EDM tools (e.g. Vtiger, Mailchimp or Klaviyo)

Strong written communication and customer engagement skills
