Contract Supervisor – Civil & Earthworks | Maroota Location
4–6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Competitive Daily Rate

We’re currently seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor for a short-term civil and earthworks project based in Maroota, working on behalf of a reputable commercial head contractor. This is a hands-on site-based role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in civil works.

Start Date: 1-2 weeks.
Hourly rate: $60 - $100 p/h + Super (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing 1–2 major subcontractors, coordinating personnel, machinery, and site activity
• Managing site safety (WHSE), ensuring compliance in a live, operational industrial environment
• Liaising with the client and wider project team, ensuring works are delivered safely around ongoing traffic movements
• Attending weekly meetings with the client and project team to report progress and align priorities
• Preparing two-week lookahead programs and ensuring coordination with all associated trades
• Using Procore and 1Breadcrumb to track project documentation and work closely with the Project and Construction Managers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in civil earthworks – this is essential
• Background in supervising civil works within live or operational sites
• Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with subcontractors, clients, and the broader team
• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore is highly desirable
