As the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in Perth, guiding a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Passion for Luxury: A deep understanding and appreciation of luxury goods, particularly in jewellery.

Positive and Proactive Mindset: A dynamic attitude with a passion for retail, committed to going above and beyond in customer service.

Sales Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and store targets, driving profitability.

Luxury Experience: Previous experience in jewellery is a plus but not essential; however, strong leadership and high-level customer service experience are required.
