About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced, motivated and service focused Property Manager to deliver a comprehensive suite of Property Management services across a mixed portfolio of commercial assets. This full-time position offers a 38 hour work week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, based in Perth’s CBD.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing all aspects of property, lease and facilities management.
Coordinate all leasing activities, including lease preparation, negotiation, market reviews, options, and renewals.
Oversee lease and property administration, including tenant onboarding, property setup, lease charge implementation, arrears management, and compliance.
Manage financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, outgoings reconciliations, and the preparation of accurate financial and client reports.
Maintain detailed and well-organised records of all property-related activities and documentation.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works with tenants and approved contractors.
Conduct property inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and routine periodic inspections.
Identify new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide strategic advice to clients on asset enhancement and value-add investment opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar commercial property role (essential)
Experience with Cirrus8 software (highly desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, reconciliations, and client reporting.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Valid Real Estate Registration, current Police Clearance, and a WA Driver’s Licence (required)
