$90,000 - 110,000 pa + Superannuation + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle

Operate across a niche area of NDIS, in particular younger onset dementia as well as other intellectual disability areas.

The Role

This role will be a lead managerial position and is responsible for growth and ultimately “client intake services” including assessment tasks as well as risk assessment, support planning, monitoring, engagement.

Establish, support and exceed clients’ needs and goals based on NDIS funding and liaising with clients’ guardians, support coordinators, therapists, and informal support partners as part of intake and transition process

Responsible for completing the intake and onboarding for new clients and ensure processes are compliant with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators

Undertake initial intake assessment, risk assessment, client matching, organise house visit with the client and stakeholders to inspect the house and meet the current residents (where applicable)

Develop and implement growth strategies to identify, target, and gain new clients

Management and ownership of client intake services and working with various external stakeholders until client is fully transitioned into the business

Expand referral pathways to build an effective referral-based business

Develop senior level relationships with key service provider organisations (such as support coordinators, Government, Hospital and Health and other referral pathway stakeholders)

Delver ongoing, respectful and collaborative working relationships with clients, their support coordinators, and family/support network to encourage capacity building and promote choice, control, and inclusion

Maintain and implement systems and processes for tracking client referrals and referral pipelines

Prepare monthly reports as directed by the Executive Leadership Team

The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Services, or a related field - advantageous

A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in engaging service delivery with disability services - including experience in referral intake and assessments

Experience with market research, analysis as well as identifying new business opportunities and growing your client base

Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills, where you will have past experience liaising with key stakeholders including families and multi-disciplinary team

High level of prioritisation and time management skills, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy

Ability to work outside of normal office hours, as required

Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to foster committed and collaborative teams

Knowledge of legislation and regulation covering delivery of disability services for the state

Current acceptable NDIS Worker Screener Check

Current Australian Driver’s License
