Bergmans Auto Group is a rapidly expanding new and used vehicle dealership located in Rockingham, just south of Perth. As a successful, privately-owned group of companies, we are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales & Marketing Manager to play a key leadership role in our GWM franchise.

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated professional to enjoy exceptional remuneration, state-of-the-art facilities, and a good lifestyle balance. You will have full control of the department and report directly to the Dealer Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the new vehicle sales and marketing operations

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets

Plan and implement innovative marketing and advertising strategies

Develop strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers, particularly GWM

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction across the department

Oversee business development and growth initiatives in line with dealership goals

To be successful, you will have:

Proven management experience in a franchised new vehicle dealership

A deep understanding of both vehicle sales and dealership marketing

The ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team

Demonstrated ability to achieve manufacturer KPIs and sales targets

Strong commercial acumen with an ability to drive profitability

Excellent relationship-building skills with manufacturers and customers alike

Qualifications Required

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is essential

Strong digital marketing and customer engagement experience preferred

What We Offer

Base salary of $100,000 per annum

10% commission on department profit

Fully maintained company vehicle

12% superannuation contribution
