Only 7 years old, PMB's fleet, capabilities and market share will quickly expand over the coming period.

We're looking for a highly motivated, energetic professional to take the lead on all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Account Management. You will become the primary point of contact for all Clients and Accounts.

You will:

Develop and implement Strategic Marketing Plans.

Raise awareness of PMB's services in target market segments and generate leads.

Convert leads into profitable sales, to meet sales targets.

Re-engage with Clients following job completion, ensuring that all products and services have exceeded our Client's expectations.

Identify opportunities for improvement, at every level.

Think like an entrepreneur: Seek and enthusiastically explore opportunities for PMB to grow an change to meet the needs of current or new Clients.

Your toolkit:

Experienced in B2B marketing and sales

Good knowledge of the construction industry

A home gardener or otherwise engaged in landscaping/gardening

Able to confidently lead demonstrations

Skilled at writing email newsletters
