Vehicle Solar Solutions (VSS) is a Western Australian business specialising in vehicle-specific solar charging systems for 4WDs, utes, caravans, and boats. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to take our high-performance products to a broader market across WA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a network of resellers, installers, and B2B clients across WA and nationally

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in 4WD, caravan, marine and outdoor retail sectors

Drive inbound and outbound sales and support marketing campaigns

Represent VSS at expos, events, and trade shows (some travel required)

Work closely with our internal team to align sales with stock, customer support, and promotions

Track performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development

Background in automotive, 12V/solar accessories, or camping/off-grid markets is ideal

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to understand product features and explain value clearly

A current driver’s licence – and ideally a passion for 4WDing, camping, or the outdoors
