Access Windows & Doors is an established and expanding commercial glazing company known for delivering quality aluminium windows, doors and glazing solutions across a range of projects in Perth. Focused on delivering high quality window installation in the high-end luxury home market and commercial sector. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our experienced team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Project Manager role that will see you spend time both in the office and on-site. We value practical experience, so you will occasionally assist with on-site glazing to ensure projects run smoothly and maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial aluminium window and door projects from start to finish.

A good positive attitude and attention to detail.

Strong experience site measuring.

Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and details.

Identify and resolve site-related queries and potential issues.

Liaise confidently with builders, clients, site supervisors and subcontractors.

Coordinate site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Occasionally assist with hands-on glazing and installation work as required.

Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the commercial windows & doors industry.

Practical experience in installing or manufacturing commercial aluminium windows and doors.

Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong IT skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to site queries.

High level of organisation and the ability to push jobs to stay on track.

Strong communication skills with a track record of liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Relevant industry qualifications and licences.

A valid driver’s licence.
