Your new role

As a service consultant you will be responsible for daily administrative tasks in a customer service focused environment. You will be completing applications and managing your own portfolio of advisers. You will have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive within a fast paced environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver high standards of customer service to a variety of stakeholders
• Strive to make every customer contact on which builds advocacy
• Proactively manage your own portfolio of advisers together while supporting your colleagues to provide excellent levels of service throughout the policy life cycle
• On-board new advisers to create new business
• Continuously look for ways to improve the service

Your skills and experience

• Exceptional customer service skills within insurance or financial services
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong processing administration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
