Client Services Officer

Your new role

Full-time ongoing located at Wagga Wagga, NSW

Annual Salary $76,376.56 to $81,906.76, plus Superannuation, NFP Salary Packaging, Paid Christmas closure and other generous leave provisions under our Enterprise Agreement.

The Client Services Officer works collaboratively to assist the smooth running of the RACR intake services, reception, and administrative services.

Duties:

In consultation with the Client Services Team Leader, the Client Services Officer is expected to:

· Provide service needs identification for clients and visitors including making appointments and general information about RACR services

· Perform basic risk assessment, screening and response at first point of contact

· Perform client intake functions, attending to telephone enquiries and connecting to appropriate referral services, where needed

· Perform client reception functions, including greeting clients and ensuring messages are promptly and accurately related to relevant staff

· Handle the organisation’s appointments efficiently and effectively using RACR’s client information system

What you’ll need to succeed

1. Certificate IV in Community services or a related field

2. Excellent observational, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact sensitively with a diverse range of people.

3. Experience in a fast-paced client facing workplace with a demonstrated ability to manage client needs.

4. Able to work well in a team environment.

5. Computer literate and demonstrated ability in data entry and sound organisational skills.
