Mars Recruitment is partnered with a top-tier financial institution that is currently looking to expand its Client Services team in Sydney CBD.

Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing and dynamic team that values delivering outstanding service to advisers and investors.

This role would suit an ambitious, client-focused individual who is eager to build a career in the funds management industry while gaining and developing their exposure to financial markets and managed funds.

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing prompt and professional support to financial advisers and direct investors.
• Manage and respond to queries related to managed funds and active ETFs across various asset classes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including legal, compliance, and product to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
• Support trade confirmations, dispute resolution, and investigation of complex transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement and ensure data accuracy in CRM and workflow systems.

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in financial services, client services, or a professional client-facing role.
• Previous experience within funds management, investor contact centre or registry is highly regarded.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing service to stakeholders via phone & email.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Tertiary qualified, preferably in Finance or Commerce
