  • Location - Dubbo
  • Employment type - Ongoing Full-Time opportunity with career progression opportunities
  • Clerk Grade 5/6, Salary - $99,398- $110,271 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

As a Senior Client Service Officer (Specialist), you'll play a hands-on role supporting individuals with complex support and housing needs. You'll help improve access to essential services and contribute to more sustainable housing outcomes.

This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to real change, supporting people facing disadvantage and working as part of a team that values inclusion, respect and integrity.

What you'll do

  • Provide tailored advice and referrals to assist clients with complex support and housing needs in accessing appropriate support services.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service Officers, internal specialists and external service providers to develop innovative strategies to deliver improved client outcomes and overcome barriers to access.
  • Coordinate and monitor case management plans in consultation with relevant professional specialists, agencies and service providers.
  • Build and sustain local partnerships with local service providers to support community wellbeing.
  • Identify training and development needs for client service teams and provide on the job training, mentoring and guidance to client service staff to ensure client's needs are understood and appropriately met

What we're looking for

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support clients with diverse and complex needs
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across services
  • A current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel
