As our business continues to grow, the Reepham Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to support the daily operations of our busy kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position with a focus on maintaining high culinary standards and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Menu planning and development
• Stock control and ordering
• Financial and cost reporting
• Staff supervision, training, and development
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S and food hygiene standards
