Superbutter Cafe is seeking a dedicated and talented Chef to join our dynamic team in Burnside Village, South Australia. (We are looking for multiple chefs/cooks or pastry chefs)

Main Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of modern Japanese-French inspired dishes, including signature specialties.

Develop and create new menu items in line with Superbutter’s culinary philosophy.

Oversee kitchen operations to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Manage inventory and order supplies as required.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with the management team to elevate the dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).

At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and fusion cooking techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
