• With a blend of established recipes and culinary expertise, prepare and cook meals with exceptional accuracy and flair.

• Oversee stunning food presentation, consistently upholding our commitment to outstanding quality standards.

• Precisely estimate food quantities and manage costs effectively, ensuring optimal use of ingredients while maximizing profitability.

• Inspire and empower Cooks and Kitchenhands through mentorship and training, equipping them with essential skills in food preparation, various cooking techniques, and rigorous food safety protocols.

• Efficiently manage inventory, strategically placing orders for food and kitchen supplies to guarantee that stock levels consistently support our operational needs.

• Uphold the highest standards of health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all.

Skills and Experience Required for the Role:

Academic background in Commercial Cookery.

Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and section/team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
