We’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll run your own section, making sure every dish is prepped and served to a high standard. From helping to create seasonal, fresh menus to keeping your workstation clean and organised, you’ll play a big part in delivering the kind of food our guests keep coming back for. You’ll also lend a hand supporting junior chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly day to day.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and/or commercial cookery diploma

The role includes but not limited to -

Mise-en-place preparation

Ensuring stock is kept in optimum condition

Ordering and maintaining stock daily

Cooking and service of food

Maintaining quality and service standards

Training of kitchen staff

Safety and cleanliness of all food areas

Ensuring high levels of team performance

Contributing to menu design

Ensuring the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations

Coordinating with front of house staff to ensure efficient service
