Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Oversee production planning, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to standard.

Lead and motivate warehouse and production staff, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock accuracy.

Maintain WHS compliance and ensure all equipment and processes meet safety standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Coordinate logistics and work closely with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar warehouse or production management role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Sound knowledge of WHS standards and practices.

Forklift licence (preferred).

Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management software is an advantage.
