About the role:

As the Customer Relations Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact and the friendly face of the company. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, orders and delivering exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Processing sales orders, quotes and payments accurately
• Managing the sales Inbox and collaborating with internal teams
• Attending ongoing in-house training
• Assisting with resolving customer issues and escalating where needed
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks
• Upholding the company culture and contributing positively to the workplace
• Meeting KPIs set by the National Sales Manager

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong customer service background
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic Excel skills and tech-savviness
• Experience or knowledge in a similar industry (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent time management and a proactive attitude
• A valid full driver’s licence
