About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client interaction is a positive experience by:

✅ Handling inbound calls with professionalism and a solution-driven mindset.
✅ Providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
✅ Building strong client relationships with follow-ups and proactive support.
✅ Keeping records and processes accurate with high attention to detail.
✅ Using MS Office Suite in conjunction with our CRM effectively in daily tasks.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who:

Loves customer service and enjoys helping people.

Is organised and great with time management.

Communicates clearly and professionally.

Has strong computer skills (MS Office, Xero experience is a bonus!).

Is a problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

Has experience in home services or construction (advantageous but not essential).

Has a great attitude and willingness to learn.
