Customer Relationship Officer

What You’ll Be Doing

As our CRO, you'll be out and about - visiting clients, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our solutions are delivering real results. You'll be the vital link between customers and our internal teams.

Your day-to-day will include:

Visiting clients regularly to check in, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction

Logging interactions and insights into our CRM system

Preparing reports and tracking client data using Microsoft Excel & Word

Coordinating between clients, our sales team, and service delivery to ensure seamless onboarding and support

Managing your own schedule to get the job done efficiently

Assisting with simple technical tasks and urgent deliveries when needed

What You Bring to the Role

A love for people and a passion for service

Confident face-to-face communication and problem-solving abilities

Strong written skills and attention to detail

Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

A professional, well-presented approach and clear communication style

A current driver’s licence (essential)

Bonus: Experience in customer service, account management, or admin support
