We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Narangba.
About the Role
The Customer Relations Officer will work directly with the Customer Relations Manager to deliver exceptional first and ongoing experiences to participants and stakeholders in the community. The Customer Relations Officer will liaise between stakeholders, the NDIS team and Finance team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all involved. The key responsibilities for the role include:
Managing all incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Assist the Customer Relations Manager with completing intake forms, service agreements, schedule of supports and rostering new participants
Onboarding participants liaising with relevant stakeholders to establish service needs
Administration tasks such as ongoing data entry and updating funding allocations
Maintaining confidential and comprehensive recording systems relating to participants and their families.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including participants and carers.
Assist with planning and attending Expos and associated promotional materials
Collaborate with the Marketing Contractor to execute social media plans in alignment with the organisational marketing and communications strategy
Monitor day to day activity across relevant social media platforms
Requirements for the Role
Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Community Services or other relevant field highly regarded
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of or experience in the NDIS or community services sector highly regarded.
Full Open QLD Driver’s Licence
Paid Blue Card
Paid Disability Worker Screening
10-year Traffic History Report - or willing to obtain
LCS2 (Child Safety Screening Check)
