We support fleets with expert preventative maintenance, diagnostics, ECU tuning, DPF solutions, certified refurbishments, and outcome-focused repairs for compact and heavy equipment.

Based in Rocklea, our fully equipped workshop and mobile technicians provide reliable, fast-turnaround support to minimise downtime and maximise fleet performance

ESM services and repairs - Excavators, Skid steers, Track loaders, Mini Loaders, Concrete Equipment, Generators, Pumps, Trailers, Plate compactors, Rollers and much more... We are a fast-paced business and require the right person to help develop the service and workshop business further into the future.

We are now looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and energetic Service Manager with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to join our team in Rocklea.

The responsibilities for the role will include;

Quoting repairs and customer work

Managing budgets and targets

Allocate daily work to employees to maximise workshop productivity & efficiency

Workshop staff management and daily direction ensuring optimum utilisation of staff

Manage workshop assets, consumables and equipment for the most efficient and effective outcomes

Increasing customer base and growing service department.

Ensure Workshop safety and cleanliness at all times

Ensure all staff adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policy, procedures and legislation

Contribute to planning and implementation of workshop improvements and expansions

Set standards of performance and attainment for staff

Provide technical guidance and coaching where required

Handle escalated customer matters from the team

The Person

A mechanical trade qualification is required and previous exposure to a varied range of equipment from small plant to construction equipment would be beneficial.

Experience with operating to budgets

Experience with managing and supervising a team of mechanics

Sound administrative skills to ensure correct documentation accurately processed to the admin department.

Exceptional communication skills

Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Can do attitude and able to work unsupervised

Organised with a strong attention to detail and a high level of pride in your work quality is essential.
