Westpoint Autos is seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our high-performing Seventeen Mile Rocks workshop, representing Nissan, Isuzu & Suzuki. This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role within a fast-growing dealership group known for its internal career pathways and industry-leading support.
Our Seventeen Mile Rocks site is a large-scale, high-volume facility, positioned for continued growth. As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for steering the day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of technical and front-of-house professionals to meet and exceed business targets.
🚗 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Overseeing the full service department – from customer care to workshop efficiency
Managing and mentoring a team of technicians, advisors, and admin staff
Driving departmental performance against manufacturer and internal KPIs
Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborating with sales, parts, and pre-delivery teams to streamline workflow
Identifying and executing business growth opportunities
Ensuring compliance with all OEM and company policies and procedures
🧰 What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience as a Service Manager within a dealership environment
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a multi-brand setting
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding budgets
High-level interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail
A passion for customer service and team development
A hands-on, can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
