Client Services Manager – Financial Planning
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

About the Role
As our Client Services Manager, you will work closely with financial advisers, paraplanners, and administrative staff to manage client service operations efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a financial advisory firm, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solutions-driven mindset and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with advisers to ensure smooth client outcomes.
Support advisers in managing client relationships and overseeing end-to-end advice implementation.
Manage communications with clients and external stakeholders.
Prepare advice documentation and regulatory forms, including renewal notices.
Oversee fund transfers, applications, redemptions, and investment administration tasks.
Manage life insurance applications, implementation and modifications.
Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
Key Selection Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Services Manager in a financial advisory firm.
Strong knowledge of advice implementation processes and platforms (Xplan, Microsoft Office, investment & insurance platforms).
Proficiency in client management software (Xplan, AdviserLogic, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organised, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities.
A natural collaborator who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
Relevant qualifications in financial services, business, or client management (highly regarded).
