🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading by example as a Senior Advisor and front-line Manager
Coaching and developing a team of Service Advisors to hit performance targets
Delivering exceptional service experiences that keep customers coming back
Driving results by exceeding internal KPIs and manufacturer benchmarks
Communicating with clarity and confidence, even under pressure
Maintaining exceptional time management, organisation, and conflict resolution skills

Strong dealership service experience
Proven ability to exceed customer satisfaction targets
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
