You will be responsible for managing your own client portfolio, leading advisory engagements and mentoring junior staff. Reporting directly to the Partner, this role is suited to professionals with a minimum of 6–10 years’ public practice experience, strong technical skills in business services and tax, excellent client relationship abilities and a passion for leading teams. CA or CPA qualifications and proficiency in cloud accounting tools like Xero and MYOB are essential.

The firm is now seeking for a Manager in Tax and Business Services division to head up client-focused tax and advisory projects based from their Ipswich office. In this role, you will be delivering proactive advice, offering commercially sound solutions and guiding a capable team of up-and-coming professionals.

You will have direct access to senior leadership and support from teams across other locations and play a key role in strategy and decision-making that shapes client outcomes and internal growth.

To be considered in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 years’ Australian public practice, proven experience managing client relationships and the confidence to lead both people and projects. CA or CPA designation is essential and familiarity with digital accounting tools like MYOB and Xero will help you hit the ground running.

Note: These positions are based in Australia; therefore, only candidates who are Australian or NZ citizens or permanent residents with Australian Taxation experience will be considered.
