About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our agency’s sales performance. You’ll be responsible for:

Training and mentoring our established sales team to reach their full potential

Guiding and advising on sales strategies, prospecting, listing presentations and negotiation

Onboarding and training new sales representatives, including those who are new to the industry

Supporting and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets

Collaborating with management to implement business plans and growth initiatives

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
✅ A current Real Estate Sales Registration
✅ Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of results
✅ Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
✅ Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills
✅ A drive to grow a team and help others succeed
