The Opportunity

This is your chance to thrive in a high-end, professional yet supportive environment. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team of two, providing support and coming forward with ideas and being their go-to person!

• Manage administration for buyers and sellers and provide regular updates
• Coordinate marketing, photography, trades & inspections
• Prepare home open materials
• Book and conduct some home opens and private viewings as needed
• Update checklists, identify better/more efficient procedures
• Manage the calendar, database, key register, etc

We’re Looking For: Someone Who:

• Has experience in real estate sales admin or as a Sales PA
• Holds a current Sales Registration
• Brings a professional, ethical, and trustworthy approach
• Has excellent phone manner and confident communication
• Is positive, proactive, and enjoys solving problems
• Works well under pressure and wants to add real value
