What You’ll Do:

Prospecting for new listing opportunities – All digital and physical prospecting

Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties

Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals

Managing advertising schedules

Liaising with buyers and sellers

Database management

Providing exceptional customer service

Assisting at opens and inspections

Attending sales meetings and training sessions

What We’re Looking For:

Class 2 Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years Real Estate Sales Experience

Previous experience in real estate sales is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

The ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
