We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Personal Assistant to support our Director and Licensee.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our sales team, in particular our Director & Licensee. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and marketing support to our team, ensuring they can focus on what they do best – selling properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain sales files, databases, and client records.
Prepare and process real estate documentation, including contracts, offers, and listing agreements.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, inspections, and meetings.
Handle correspondence and inquiries from clients and contractors.
Assist with home opens and viewings when required.
Marketing & Advertising:
Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, property advertisements, print marketing and company events
Maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
Client & Team Liaison:
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other real estate professionals.
Provide general support to the sales team, including preparing for open homes and auctions.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is essential.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Great understanding of real estate documentation (contracts, offers, agreements, disclosures)
Proficiency in Mac and experience with real estate software (e.g., REI Forms Live and Lockedon) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current Western Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.
A current sales registration (valid in Western Australia).
