Elias Rosenberg is a second-generation accounting firm in Malvern East. We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join our stable, friendly team. This is a full-time, office-based role across five days, though we may consider slightly reduced hours for the right candidate.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential admin support, including:

Greeting clients, managing phone calls, booking meetings, and offering refreshments

Handling mail and ATO digital communications

Scanning, filing, and managing client records

Handling client communications

Managing kitchen and office supplies

Assisting the team with general admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a receptionist/admin role within an Australian accounting firm

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experienced with Xero Practice Manager and FYI Docs (preferred)

Familiar with the ATO portal and professional client communication

Friendly, organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills

Professional in attitude, excellent in presentation, and demonstrates integrity
