This large reputable accounting firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
Your role will include:
Reception duties; meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Providing administrative support to the team
Ordering stationary, office & kitchen supplies
Receiving / sorting mail
Maintaining the boardroom and meeting rooms
Co-ordinating client documents, letter preparation, booking couriers
Data entry and updating ATO and ASIC information
Filing
Answering phones
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will need:
Receptionist experience ideally in a professional services firm - accounting or law firm will be advantageous
Proficient user of Microsoft Suite
Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Show initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
