An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Tax Administrator to join a highly regarded business advisory and accounting firm. This is a permanent, full-time position supporting a team of senior professionals, including directors and advisers, across tax, superannuation, and business services.

About The Role
This position plays a critical administrative role within the firm, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across various departments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in liaising with external bodies such as the ATO, ASIC, and ABR, supporting high-level professionals, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the tax, business advisory, audit, and superannuation teams
- Prepare and manage client documentation, including engagement and ethical letters
- Liaise with the ATO, ASIC, and ABR to ensure compliance and accurate submissions
- Organise, file, and maintain records for easy access and regulatory alignment
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with general administration for directors and senior staff
- Handle client and stakeholder correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of tax compliance documentation and other regulatory materials
What We're Looking For
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or tax support role within professional services, or accounting
- Strong working knowledge of ATO, ASIC, and ABR processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, and clients
- A proactive, professional, and adaptable attitude
