They are now looking to bring on an experienced Office Manager to play a key role in the company's continued success.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR and office-related, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, managing EBA interpretation, and overseeing daily office operations.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in HR and administration, who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to implement best practices across the business.
The Role:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding
- Lead HR compliance, EBA administration, and policy development
- Oversee general office operations, facilities, travel arrangements, and vendor management
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards
The Person:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager position or similar within the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions or experience in a generalist HR role
- Familiar with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 (highly advantageous)
