Our client is an established medium sized Accounting firm, located in Frankston, who are looking for a personable Office Manager to join their team on a full time basis.

Responsibilities:
Office Management: Foster a positive office atmosphere through leadership and communication. Oversee administration team and ensure efficient operations.
Administration: Develop and maintain organisational procedures, records, and office supplies. Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
Bookkeeping: Duties include accounts payable/receivable, with a preference for Xero software experience.
Human Resources: Manage onboarding, recruiting support, exit interviews, and maintain personnel files and employment records.
IT: Liaise with outsourced IT provider to meet technology needs and ensure system security and efficiency.
Marketing: Support client engagement and practice growth initiatives.
Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls. Collaborate with director, staff, clients, and prospects to solve problems.
Requirements:
Ideally 2+ years experience in office management within the accounting sector
Previous experience managing staff
Software knowledge : XERO & BGL CAS 360 highly desirable
Prior working exposure to ASIC and ATO
Eager & enthusiastic candidate looking to thrive in a busy & hardworking environment!
