Job tasks and responsibilities
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices (using our software system)
Processing payments
Direct deposit entries
Data entry
Travel & flight bookings
Collating documents
Overseeing document requirements
Monthly reporting
Answering telephones etc.
Skills and experience
The suitable applicant must have the following skills and experience:
Be a good communicator
Be organized and efficient
Attention to detail is a must
Be able to work unassisted
Proficient in Excel & Word
Have a friendly disposition
