About the position
Technicool Air Conditioning has an exciting opportunity for a Administration all-rounder to join our team at Seventeen Mile Rocks on a full time basis, immediate start. Working closely alongside other team members you will play a role of coordination of technicians and liaising with customers, technicians, suppliers, and management.
This role has the opportunity to lead to a management position for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:
Attending to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Building and maintaining client relationships
Coordination of technicians, ensuring recurring maintenance services and breakdowns are attended to within timeframes
Raising and receipting of purchase orders
Data entry, processing of technicians reports and invoicing of jobs
Quote and estimation of domestic and commercial repair work
Management of plant and equipment register
Provide administrative support and oversight across the office
Ability to proactively source improvements and make suggestions to management to streamline processes as required
Ability to formulate key reports and maintain KPIs as requested by management
Filing documents, updating procedures, policies and employee documents as required
Skills & Experience
Experience in a customer service role
Experience in the HVAC industry, highly desirable but not essential
Exemplary experience and/or qualifications in business administration and/or accounts administration, desirable but not essential
Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach
Experience in SimPRO, desirable but not essential
Experience in Xero, desirable but not essential
Human resource experience (payroll, employee on-boarding, etc), desirable but not essential
Ability to adapt to an ever changing work environment
