Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Field Services Coordinator to join our Perth team. This full-time role is responsible for effectively scheduling and coordinating field service technicians to optimise productivity and minimise travel time. You will manage customer service interactions, handle phone bookings, and oversee the services inbox, ensuring all processes are followed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory coordination, be able to manage technicians, and demonstrate strong computer skills. Experience with SimPRO or similar field service scheduling software is highly desirable.
