About the Position

As a Customer Service Officer – Wholesale, you'll be the primary contact for wholesale distributors placing high-value orders. You will coordinate across internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, efficient communication, and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

Process wholesale orders accurately, mainly via email

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally

Provide product information with in-depth knowledge of the range

Monitor orders from payment through to dispatch and delivery

Process returns, refunds, and shipment tracking

Collaborate on metal reconciliation reporting for overseas warehouses

Coordinate shipping replenishment with internal stakeholders

Log and escalate customer feedback for service improvement

Skills and Experience Required

Strong communication and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

A customer-first attitude with strong relationship-building ability

Ability to resolve issues independently and proactively

Previous experience in customer service; wholesale or B2B is desirable

Confident using computers and business systems

A collaborative team mindset with a continuous improvement focus

Smartphone ownership for business system authentication
